Ensuring a clean environment for our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for Belle Royalle, so we take enhanced cleanliness and safety measures, namely:

• temperature screening of employees at the beginning and end of the shift;
• temperature screening of all guests who come to our hotel (if the guest temperature is 37.2 and above, we will be forced to refuse accommodation);
• all hotel staff are provided with masks and disposable gloves;
• hand sanitizer station are located throughout the hotel in key areas throughout hotel;
• every 3 hours disinfection of all surfaces in public places;
• daily sterilisation of all hotel premises (reception, restaurant, SPA and medical centers, rooms, etc.) and daily cleaning of public premises;
• implementation of extremely strict food safety and hygiene standards;
• installed signs with the rules of conduct in the hotel and sanitary and hygienic requirements;
